The factory spans over 10,000 square feet of production area, enabling us to streamline our manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Our packaging process

The packaging process is a seamless operation, utilizing our fully automatic thermoforming machine. This advanced equipment enables us to perform:
  • Tray forming
  • Nitrogen flushing
  • Sealing of peeling in a single continuous line

Our Cooking process

The cooking process involves several critical steps:
  1. Procurement of frozen raw materials and storage in cold storage.
  2. Batch-type vacuum cooking.
  3. Quality checks and lab tests of the vacuum-cooked final product.
  4. Seasoning the final products.
  5. Packaging the final products.
  6. Storing them in designated areas.
Finally, our finished products are packed in corrugated boxes and stored in a clean storage space conveniently located near the dispatch section.
