Sutaria Foods proudly presents its brand, Vakooz, renowned for its high-quality food products. Our state-of-the-art factory is situated in Metoda GIDC, a strategic location near Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The factory spans over 10,000 square feet of production area, enabling us to streamline our manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Our factory is organized into several key departments that work collaboratively to ensure the efficient production of our food products. These departments include:

With a dedicated team of 20 employees, Sutaria Foods boasts a range of skilled professionals, including a Quality Head, Accounting Head, and Marketing Head. Our team is essential to maintaining exceptional quality and ensuring that every product meets our stringent standards.
We utilize advanced machinery to facilitate our manufacturing process. Notable equipment in our facilities includes:
- Large vacuum fryer
- Large thermoforming packing machine
- A substantial cold storage area
- Various other machines specialized for vacuum cooking
Quality Control (QC) is a cornerstone of our manufacturing ethos, and we adhere to several internationally recognized standards. Our certifications include ISO 9001 and ISO 22000, along with HALAL certification and an IEC code. We are proud to maintain rigorous testing protocols to guarantee the safety and quality of our products.
Our in-house laboratory is equipped for comprehensive testing of final products, allowing us to ensure that each batch meets our quality benchmarks before reaching consumers.
